WE RAISED €4,000 FOR CHARITY
Such a proud day for us all here at IrishHome. Thanks to all of you who bought a Journal this year, we raised €4,000 for irish housing and homelessness charity Peter McVerry Trust. We were delighted to present them with a cheque today!
This will go some small way toward providing accommodation, food and shelter for the vulnerable over Christmas. We are delighted to have helped so much. But really we are so pleased with the response of all of you who bought a Journal – we got so many messages saying the charity giving meant a lot to them when they bought their Journal. When we are so privileged and lucky to even contemplate buying our own homes, it’s nice to give support to those who can’t.
